• Content you create (photos, outfit posts, favorites, comments, and other community interactions).
• Try‑on and AI inputs/outputs (images you upload/capture and the resulting try‑on images, style feedback, and outfit suggestions).
• Approximate location (optional) for weather‑based outfit suggestions (e.g., city/coordinates from your device if you grant permission).
• Usage and device data (app interactions, diagnostics, device identifiers, and general analytics used to improve reliability).
• Purchase information (subscription status and product identifiers). We do not collect or store full payment card details; billing is handled by Apple or Google.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to operate the service, personalize your experience, provide AI features (Style Coach, Virtual Try‑On, outfit suggestions), improve features, support customer requests, and maintain safety and integrity. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Photos & Try‑On Processing

Photos you upload are used to generate try‑ons, style feedback, and (if you choose) community content. We may store uploaded images and generated results so you can view your tried‑on looks, coach feedback, and favorites later.

If you enable weather suggestions, we may also use your location (or a location you provide) to fetch local conditions.

5. AI Features

DripCheckr uses AI to generate try‑on outputs, style feedback, and outfit suggestions. This processing may involve sending inputs (such as images or wardrobe item text) to our AI service providers so we can return results to you. We use these providers only to perform services on our behalf.

6. Sharing & Third Parties

We share data with service providers who help us run the app (e.g., hosting, analytics, storage, payments). These providers may only use your data to perform services on our behalf and must protect it. We may also share data if required by law or to protect our users and the platform.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account or specific content at any time.

8. Your Choices & Rights

You can access, delete, or update certain information in the app. You can also request a copy of your data or its deletion by contacting support@dripcheckr.app. Location permission is optional and can be changed in your device settings.

9. Children’s Privacy

DripCheckr is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum required age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
