Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DripCheckr, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. DripCheckr is operated by Aethos Solutions LLC ("DripCheckr," "we," "us").

2. What We Provide

DripCheckr is a mobile fashion platform that combines head-to-head Outfit Battles, community voting, AI-powered Virtual Try-On, Recolor, an AI Style Coach (including a live voice mode), weather-based outfit suggestions, wardrobe organization, and Creator tools. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

3. Outfit Battles & Voting

When you submit an outfit to a Drip Battle, our matchmaker pairs it with another submission and your fit is shown publicly to other Dripsters who may vote on it. You may also vote on battles between other users. By participating you agree that:

• Your battle outfit and any associated content (caption, theme, tags) will be visible to other users and may appear in public-facing surfaces of the app, including Top Fits, leaderboards, and public vote share links you generate.
• You will not manipulate voting through fake accounts, automated tools, vote-trading rings, or by paying for votes. We may invalidate votes, void wins, or terminate accounts that attempt to game the system.
• You will not submit content that is not yours to share, or that misrepresents another person.
• Daily submission caps apply (currently 10 per day for subscribers). Caps may change.
• Battle outcomes, Drip Score updates, and Top Fits rankings are final once a battle resolves.

4. Weekly Top Fit Reward

DripCheckr may grant rewards to the highest-margin battle winner in a rolling weekly period ("Weekly Top Fit"). The reward typically consists of in-app credits — currently 5 Virtual Try-Ons and 5 Recolors — valid for at least 30 days from grant. By participating:

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
• Rewards are non-cash, non-transferable, and have no monetary value outside the DripCheckr app.
• Rewards may not be exchanged, sold, or combined with other offers.
• Eligibility is limited to active DripCheckr accounts in good standing; we may exclude accounts that violate these Terms or appear to manipulate battle results.
• We may modify, suspend, or end the reward program, or change the reward composition, at our discretion.
• You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to rewards you receive.

5. AI Features

Several features use machine learning to generate outputs — including Virtual Try-On previews, Recolor variants, Style Coach feedback, and the Live AI Style Coach voice mode. Outputs are provided for informational and creative purposes and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for any specific situation. You are responsible for how you use the results. Do not rely on AI outputs for medical, legal, or financial decisions.

When you use the Live AI Style Coach, your camera and microphone input are streamed to our AI provider in real time so the AI can respond. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle this data.

6. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your region) to use DripCheckr. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are also responsible for ensuring any photos you upload to DripCheckr are yours to share, that they accurately represent you when used for Virtual Try-On, and that any other people pictured have consented to use of their image.

7. User Content & License

You may upload photos, captions, comments, and other content. You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content to DripCheckr you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, display, reproduce, generate derivative AI outputs from (such as Virtual Try-On and Recolor results based on your inputs), and distribute that content — including in public surfaces of the app (battles, leaderboards, Top Fits, public vote links you generate) — solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting DripCheckr. You can withdraw this license for a given piece of content by deleting it from the app, except where reasonable retention is necessary (for example, to maintain battle integrity, to handle disputes, or where the content has already been shared via a public vote link).

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate, or that depicts minors in inappropriate ways.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Use DripCheckr to harass, stalk, defame, or threaten anyone.
• Use Virtual Try-On to generate images of someone without their consent.
• Manipulate battle results, votes, leaderboards, streaks, or rewards through fake accounts, automation, collusion, or any other means.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or disrupt the service or its underlying APIs.
• Bypass usage limits, paywalls, App Check, or other security mechanisms.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercialize the service or any content other than your own.

We may remove content, restrict features, withhold rewards, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Subscriptions, Credits & Payments

DripCheckr offers Pro subscriptions and consumable in-app credit packs (such as Virtual Try-On credit packs) through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

• Subscriptions auto-renew at the price disclosed at purchase unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage subscriptions through your App Store or Play Store account.
• Consumable credits are charged once and are consumed as you use them. Unused consumable credits do not expire unless explicitly stated at purchase.
• Promotional and reward credits (including referral credits, welcome-week allowance, and Weekly Top Fit reward credits) may expire after a stated period and are forfeited on account deletion or termination.
• If you cancel or do not renew a subscription, you keep access to Pro features through the end of your paid period; subscription-tier allowances do not roll over.
• Billing, refunds, and cancellation policies are governed by the applicable app store. We generally cannot issue refunds directly — please contact the store you purchased from.

10. Referral Program

Our referral program rewards both parties when a referred friend signs up and uses a qualifying feature. Referral credits are promotional credits, are non-cash and non-transferable, may expire, and may not be earned through self-referral, fraudulent sign-ups, or other abusive behavior. We may revoke referral credits earned in violation of these Terms.

11. Third-Party Services

The service may link to or rely on third-party content and services — including shopping product links, app stores, social sharing, AI providers, analytics, and email delivery. We are not responsible for third-party content, terms, policies, or practices.

12. Disclaimers

DripCheckr is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that AI outputs will be accurate or suitable for you, or that battle matchmaking, vote totals, or leaderboard positions will be free of error or delay.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DripCheckr and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or in-app credits, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the service at any time, and you may delete your account from within the app or by contacting support. On termination, any promotional credits and unawarded rewards are forfeited; paid consumable credits and active subscription benefits are handled per Section 9.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the latest version on this page and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
